Contract
The purchase contract is concluded when Gohashop (www.goha.ch, Gobelin&Handarbeiten) confirms the order by e-mail
If a product is not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in relation to this product. In this case you will be informed by us via e-mail or other means of contact.
Delivery
We only deliver in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The goods will be sent to the specified delivery address within 3-7 days. We reserve the right to a delivery period of approx. 3 weeks for knotted items. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are CHF 7.90. We do not charge shipping costs for subsequent deliveries.
Payment methods
Payment is made by prepayment, PayPal or invoice payable within 10 days

Prices
The prices quoted are final prices in Swiss francs, unless expressly stated otherwise. Our offers are subject to change.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Gobelin&Handarbeiten until full payment has been received.
Liability
Gohashop (www.goha.ch, Gobelin & Handarbeiten) is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We assume no liability for the uninterrupted availability of the website and for technical or electronic errors of the online offer. In principle, we are not liable for damage caused during transport of the goods.
Amendment, choice of law, place of jurisdiction
Gohashop (www.goha.ch) reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. By submitting (sending) an order, the applicable General Terms and Conditions are accepted. These terms of use are subject to Swiss law. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is 6182 Escholzmatt.
Final provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply to disputes that go beyond these GTC.
